Abstract

College system is not a canonical system in China.There are many problems on aspects of thinking,college setting,mechanism running and relevant conditions needing to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to enforce human-centered management,adjust and recombine college according to academic groups,decentralize the administrative rights and perfect relative conditions in order to make the university carry out the college-system entity.
