On the Necessary and Policy of China's College “De-administrationism”

At present,due to history,concept,etc.,China's college administrationism is very serious. De-administrationism is the basis of college de-utilitarianism,cultivation of innovative talents,and eliminatation of internal corruption. It is also the urgent requirement of realizing the college independent development. In order to achieve the de-administrationism,we should propose the implementation and expansion for the school-running autonomy,and establish independent development of independent power mechanism;we should work out regulations on administration,and set up school board to form an independent development of internal check and balance mechanism;we should execute the President publicly hiring system to cultivate autonomous development of new leader;and we should coordinate administrative management and academic management to establish an independent development of academic democracy system.
