Abstract
Position setting is not only a very important part of reformation of personnel rules of college,but also the base and premise of reformation of the income distribution.According to position setting,it can optimize huaman resource deployment and creat new method for huaman resource deployment.Besides,it is also good for arousing the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.This atticle focus on the problems and countermeasures in the work which is concerned with the position setting,management and implementation.
