Study on Leisure Agriculture and Rural Surplus Labor Transfer of China

The number of rural surplus labor in China is large,the quality is low,and the transfer is difficult. Leisure agriculture has the features of the agricultural economy and the tourism economy.It can promote organic agriculture which serves the tourism industry,high-tech agriculture,special agriculture planting and breeding,facilities agriculture and other agricultural processing industries,special agricultural production to develop.It also can expand the agricultural sales market and can provide broad employment opportunities for surplus rural labor force. However,the continue growing of China's leisure agriculture industry also depends on training a new generation of high-quality farmers and building a win-win integration pattern of the main participators of leisure agriculture.
