Facilities agriculture belongs to labor and technology-intensive industries,and it has broken through the bottleneck of traditional agriculture and strengthened resource the intensive and efficient utilization of.The number of rural surplus labor in Xinjiang is large,the quality is low,and the transfer is difficult.The facilities agriculture can expand the agricultural sales market and provide broad employment opportunities for rural surplus labor force.The continue growing of facilities agriculture industry depends on training high-quality famers and building positive interaction and collaborative development mechanism of the main participators in Xinjiang.
