Abstract

Based on a study of the geographical indications of agricultural products registered in Ministry of Agriculture,the present paper analyzes the background and evolutionary process of protecting geographical indications of agricultural products;presents the overall situation on their protection;reveals the characteristics of the development for their protection;points out the achievements and shortcomings about their protection;and puts forward certain countermeasures to their protection.
