Research on Protection of Agricultural Product Geographical Indications in Jiangxi Province

The implementation of the protection system of agricultural product geographical indications is playing a very vital role in improving agricultural production level,strengthening the market competitiveness,and producing the comparative advantage. On the basis of referring to literature and collecting data,this paper analyzed the registration number and usage amount of agricultural product geographical indications,and the number and production value of famous,special and good indications in Jiangxi,found the existing problems in using the geographical indication system to protect agricultural products and peasant's rights and interests, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures,for the sake of providing theoretical direction and practical reference for the protection of agricultural product geographical indications in Jiangxi province.
