Abstract
Gansu Province has 17 kinds of national products of geographical indications.From kind of products,scope of their protection of geographical indications,use of the special signs of geographical indications,national standards of quality,trademarks of geographical indications,the certification of good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs and so on,this article describes present protection situation of the national products of geographical indications,and puts forward the pointed proposals.
