Abstract

Objective:TO prove the security and effects on the prognosis of patients after acute stroke during early rehabilitation.Methods:120patients whose length from stroke onset was within a week were randomly divided into early rehabilitation and control groups, each group consisted of60patients.All of themreceived routine treatment, further more, the early rehabilitation group was treated with systematic rehabilitation training by professinal physiotherapists. The two groups were assessed by the clinical neural function-defect assessment set, concise Fugl-Meyer assessed(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI).Results:The evaluation scores of the clinical neural function-defect assessment set,FMA,MBI demonstrted that there were no significant difference between two groups before tretment(P0.05),but after treatment, the eraluation scores in the early rehabilitation group were obviously before than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation training could prevent and reduce the occurrence of the disuse syndrome, facilitate the function recovery and gain the good results on the prognosis of pa-tients.Monitoring of recovery status and individualized staged rehabilitation protocol may insure the security of patients during rehabilitation training.
