Abstract
Objective:To prove the security and effects on the prognos is of patients after acute stroke during early rehabilitation.Method:60 patients whose length form stroke onset was within a week were randomly divi ded into early rehabilitation and control groups, each group consisted of 30 pati ents. All of them received routine treatment, further more, the early rehabilitatio n group were treated with systematic rehabilitation training by professiona l physiotherapists. The two groups were assessed by the clinical neu ral function defect assessment set, concise Fugl-Meyer assessed(FMA)and modifie d Barthel index(MBI).Result:The evaluation scores of the clinical ne rual function defect assessment set,FMA,MBI demonstrated that there were no sig nificant difference between two groups before treatment( P >0.05),but after t reatment, the evaluation scores in the early rehabilitation grou p were obviously before than those in the control group( P 0.05).Conclu sion:The early rehabilitation training could prevent and reduce the occurr ence of the disuse syndrome, facilitate the function recovery and gain the good results on the prognosis of patients.Monitoring of recovery status and individua lized staged rehabilitation protocol may insure the security of patients during rehabilitation training.
