Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect on the functional of acute stroke patients with early rehabilitation.Method 90 patients were randowly divided into two groups, the rehabilitation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases),patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with rehabilitation treatment, patients in the control group were instructed to rehabilitate only once。The two groups were assessed with Neurologic Dificit Score(NDS)、concise Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and modified Barthel index(MBI).Result NDS、FMA、MBI demonstrated:there were no different two groups before treatment (P0.05),the scores improved significantly(P0.001) between pre and post training in the two groups, but the degree of improvement in the rehabilitation groups was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Early rehabilitation could facilitate the function recovery, and gain a good functional prognosis in the patients.
