Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on patients with depression.Methods All of 56 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received drug treatment,the study group on the basis of escitalopram drug treatment combined with psychological intervention,including support therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy,health education.HAMD and HAMA evaluation were used before and after the intervention of psycho logical status and treatment.Results HAMD and HAMA scores were decreased in both groups after treatment than before treatment.Groups comparison: The HAMD scores at 2,6,8 weeks,and the HAMA scores at 2,6 weeks were significantly different(P 0.05).The response rate was 82% for study group and 57% for control group,respectively.Conclusion The description of psychological intervention on depression treatment has better effect.
