Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of psychological intervention for the patients of asthma combined anxiety and depression.METHODS A total of 98 patients were randomly divided into psychological intervention group and non-psychological intervention group.Before and after treatment,scores in HAMA,HAMD,PC and NC scores in Trait Coping Style,ACT score,FEV1 were conducted by self-control study.RESULTS There were significant differences in scores in HAMA,HAMD scale,PC and NC scores,ACT score between psychological intervention groups and non-psychological intervention groups after intervention(P﹤0.05).The scores in HAMA,HAMD scale,PC and NC scores,ACT score,FEV1 in non-psychological intervention group were improved after intervention,however,only scores in HAMA,HAMD scale,ACT score were different with before intervention(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Psychological intervention can effectively decrease the degree of anxiety and depression in bronchial asthma patients.
