status and preventive measures for Clinical laboratory personnel hand hygiene

OBJECTIVE To understand the clinical laboratory of hospital medical personnel hand health status,preventive inspection personnel to be infected,and ensure medical safety to achieve the bidirectional protection purposes.METHODS A questionnaire survey,on-site supervision,and medical personnel hand hygiene monitoring were performed.RESULTS Before improvement,medical personnel hand hygiene compliance was only 21.67%.A pass rate of hand hygiene monitoring was 64.76%.After the rectification,the compliance increased to 70%,and the qualified rate of hygiene monitoring was 93.22%.CONCLUSION By different forms of hand hygiene promotion,it is necessary for prevention hospital infection by strengthening training and supervision,making awareness for every medical staff about the toilet hygiene in hospital infection,rising prevention consciousness,developing good habits in the medical activity in conscious hand or hand sanitizer,and removing the bacteria in hand.
