Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Ruhening tablets.METHODS:Panax notoginseng,Citrus reticulata,Rhaponticum uniflorum and Angelica sinensis in prescription were determined by TLC.The content of paeoniflorin in Ruhening tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:TLC identification exhibited good specificity without the interference form the negative samples.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 53-530 ng(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.46%(RSD=0.88%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Ruhening tablets.
