Quality study of Fuyanshu Tablets

Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standards of Fuyanshu Tablets.Methods:To determinate the content of paeoniflorin(C15H8O6) by HPLC.Results:Paeoniflorin showed the good linear relationship within the range of 9.8~196μg/mL,r = 0.999 9,the recovery was 99.72%.Conclusion:The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,which can be used as the products'quality control methods.
