Study on the Quality Standard for FufangChuanji Tablets

Abstract

Objective To establish a standard for the quality control of FufangChuanji Tablets.Methods Rhizome Cibotii,Radix Dipsaci and Herba Lycopodti were identified by TLC,and the content of paeoniae was determined by HPLC.Results There was a good linear relationship within a range of 0.2048～1.024μg for Paeoniflorin,correlation coefficient r=0.9993,the average recovery was 99.05%(n=6),RSD=1.13%,(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,feasible and reproducible and can be used for quality control of FufangChuanji Tablets.
