A Motivation Model for the Knowledge Workers Based on the Hidden Value Evaluation

On the premise that the hidden demands are leading demands of the knowledge workers,this paper incorporates the hidden essential value factors into the staff motivation system.Hidden value here is taken as an incentive evaluation base point,and the hidden value model is built.Analysis is focused on the optimal combination of incentives for the knowledge workers,aiming at maximizing the effectiveness of knowledge workers and the profits of the owners.
