Abstract
Aiming at the value that the knowledge workers normally pay attention to,the hierarchical relation between the profit and the element level is analyzed by using the value-related matrix model. The incentive elements of knowledge workers are studied by the analytical hierarchy process, and an incentive model for the knowledge workers' value is built.Numerical calculation show that there are differences among knowledge-based employeers' views on the incentive factors, which provided away for decision-makers to set incentive stretogy.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
