Abstract

The formation of public service-oriented government and the coordinative development of the economic society depend on the effective public product supply,whose core is to promote the service quality of government public product and its supply efficiency.Based on the 4P and 4C theories in marketing and aiming at the problems in the supply and demand of public products at present,the author puts forward optimizing the public product supply and demand: that is,public demand is the logical starting point of public product supply,and we should guarantee the harmony between public demand and government supply;we should strengthen the restrictions on the supply costs and guarantee the continual increase of social net proceeds;we should optimize government service and information transparency and guarantee the convenient enjoyment of public products by the public;we should expand public participation,stress public evaluation and form the beneficial interactive mechanisms between the government and the public.
