On the Relief of Contradictions between Supply and Demand of Rural Public Products from the Public Financial Angle

At present the farmers have a strong demand for the rural public products,while the governments are unable to meet the demand,which is the inner contradiction between supply and demand of the rural public products.There are two causes: 1.the traditional financial system consumes the rural resourses,which produces the route dependence;2.the national supply of public products is restricted by the the imperfection in our modern public finance system.Public financial system should be constructed to relieve the contradictions and reconstruct the supply system.The public finance ensures the system arrangement of the governmental public products' supply.It also ensures that the government financial income is mainly used to afford public products and public service.
