Results:Both aripiprazole and clozapine group showed psychotic symptoms and life quality improvement in terms of PANSS and QOL,but aripiprazole group improve more than clozapine group in physiological and psychological domain, interpersonal relationship, independence and environment. Conclusion: Aripiprazole can improve life quality of schizophrenic patients and benefit them for returning to society.
