Study on the Sustainable Development of Chinese Marine Economy

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese gross ocean production has maintained a rising trend.The added-value of marine industries has continued to improve,and the scale of sea-related employment continues to expand.The research is aiming at the problem of the large gap between the development of marine economy in coastal provinces in the current development of Chinese marine economy,the slow development of offshore marine emerging industry,the serious environmental pollution,the energy saving standard system of marine economy,the coast defense system,and so on.To promote the sustainable development of marine economy,we should not only improve the laws and regulations and policies,the implementation of technology and the sea strategy,but also hold the concept of coordination,circulation,innovation,regeneration and cooperation,improve the vigorous development of the emerging industries,the coordinated development of regional marine economy,strengthen the construction of marine ecological civilization,consolidate our marine defense system,and maintain international exchanges and cooperation.
