Abstract
The article is based on analysis of the present situation about shortage of water resources in the cities.It puts forward the method of sustainable utilization of water resources in the cities and some countermeasures of saving water,controlling water,managing water and using water and describes the key technical problem which required to solved in the utilization of water resources in the cities.
