Abstract

The characteristic of the water resources and the current situation of the development and utilization of the water resources are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile the paper puts forward appropriate countermeasure for the sustainable utilization of the water resources and solving contradictions between water supply and water demand to ensure economic sustainable development.
