Abstract
The author states the situation of distribution of water resources and exploitable water resources in Xiaxian County, on this basis makes a careful analysis on the current exploitation status of the groundwater and surface water and water use structure of industry and agriculture, and according to the actual situation puts forward the counter measures of the sustainable utilization of water resources from four aspects: unified management, water saving, sewage utilization and construction in legality.
