The curative effect analysis of Aconite Decoction and ~(99)Tc-MDP treated rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract

Objective To explore the Aconite Decoction and 99Tc-MDP in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group used Aconite Decoction and 99Tc-MDP intravenous medication treatment,control group orally Tripterygium wilfordii tablets.After 4 week 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,before treatment and after treatment of 4 weeks,measured erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF).Results The control group and treatment group after treatment 8 weeks,ESR,RF reduced;compared with the control group,the treatment group after treatment 8 weeks was lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Aconite Decoction and 99Tc-MDP intravenous drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has better curative effect.
