Abstract

In the new era,changes of economic situation poses a greater challenge for coal mine enterprises and ideological and political work of coal mine enterprises.At present,there are many shortcomings in the ideological and political work of China's coal mine enterprise.Only to strengthen the coal enterprise workers' ideological and political work,can promote the development of coal mine enterprise.This article analyzes and studies the innovation of ideological and political work of coal mine worker.
