With the rapid growth of coal mine enterprises,as well as the continuous expansion of areas and industry involved and increasing number of employees,it is becoming a key factor of impact on enterprises whether the production and management can move forward in a safe,stable and harmonious environment.Therefore,it plays an important role in the long-term development of enterprises to strengthen the ideological education of staff safety,enhance safety behavior,and develop self-conscious habits according to the changing internal and external conditions.To achieve this goal,the employees of ideological and political work and managers of all levels in coal mine must do Cold Kung Fu in safety ideological and political work.
