Abstract
Total flavonoids fromPremna microphyllaTurcz leaves were extracted by microwave. Based on the single factor experiment, the optimal extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with extraction rate of total flavonoids as investigation index. The optimum condition was in 70% ethanol concentration,1÷25(g/mL) of solid to liquid ratio,6 min microwave time,400W power and the average extract rate of total flavonoids was 6.32 %.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
