Abstract
According to the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the optimum processing for microwave extraction of total flavonoids in Hemerocallia fulvawas determined. The optimum condition was that the ethanol concentration was 50%,the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1:20,the microwave time was 4 min and the microwave power was 150W.The average extract rate of total flavonoids was 3.756%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
