The interpretation and consideration of the development objective location in the transformation of normal universities

As teacher education in China gradually evolves from a self-contained into an open one,and with increasing pressure from rivalry among universities,normal have to adopt transformation.To accomplish it,these must select its own appropriate path;give a precise location to their development objectives.Through comparison,contrast and interpretation of development objectives of current normal in China,this paper finds they enjoy similar tendency of development patterns and choices of characteristics.As location of objectives plays a vital role in development of normal universities,,we should keep a sober mind and assume a precise understanding about expressions of the characteristics of universities and comprehensive universities,while setting and implementing development objectives.Besides,a rational thinking about fundamental issues should be engaged as well.
