On Characteristic Development of Local Universities

For a long time,under the influence of the profession background,the professional local universities only pay attention to the profession characteristics,but ignore excavating their own advantages,which causes the convergence of universities-universites tending to be the same and losing thier own features.This situation will do harm to the healthy and sustainable development of universities..In view of this problem,how local universities can develop its own features has been discused,which is expected to provide references for other universities.
