Abstract

Civil societies have their own unique value in the process of innovation of social management and building a harmonious society,which is worthy of exploring:first,non-governmental organizations protect human rights to promote and stimulate social activity;second,civil society develop democracy and promote social harmony;third,civil society give birth to the rule of law and build a stable social environment;fourth,civil society create a limited government and improve social management.
