Abstract

Objective To analyze the curative effects of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into minimally invasive group in which the patients received local anesthesia and punctured according to the result of preoperative CT which located the position and sucked out hematoma liquid and drained. The conservative group in which the patients received conservative medical therapy. The patients’nerve function defect in both groups was evaluated before the treatment and after 28-day treatment, and so was the curative effects. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the minimally group 82. 22% ( 37 /45) was obviously higher than that of the patients in the conservative group 53. 33% ( 24 /45) ( P 0. 01) . Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of small wound, mild injury, clearing up the hematoma and removing occupied effect in a short time has a better prognosis.
