Abstract
Operational risk is one of the most important risks faced by Chinese commercial banks.It has affected the management safety and competition abilities of Chinese banking industry in a large extent.Through comparison,this study reveals the features of Chinese commercial banks and the differences of behaving form between the Chinese and foreign banking industries.Based on the analysis of above phenomena,some measures are proposed for commercial banks to control the risks or prevent the operational risks.
