Operational Risk Control:The Key to Compliance Construction of Commercial Banks

Operational risk is often ignored by academic department and banking industry,and are frequently generated in management process of Small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks, so it's a tremendous challenge for small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks to Control and prevent operational risks,which is related to the survival and development of medium-small Commercial Banks.Based on the specificity of operational risk,this paper analyzes the new challenges that commercial banks face and discusses the countermeasures of commercial banks to control operational risk.
