Abstract

In recent years,operational risk,a term long ignored by Chinese banking industry,has been known gradually with the frequent ocurences of serious crimes concerning banks.Through the analysis on the defects in the management of operational risks of domestic banks,the paper seeks the solutions by loarning from the foreign experiences.
