The evaluation of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 60 cases children treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 in bronchial asthma,enrolled children were grouped according to the random number table,30 cases of the observation group,took care intervention.The control group of 30 patients randomly symptomatic treatment and care,after the treatment of the two groups were compared the efficacy and two groups of children with asthma attacks,emergency department visits,number of hospitalizations.Results After treatment,the efficacy of observation group was 90%,only 70% of the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Asthma attack after the treatment of the observation group were the number of emergency department visits,number of hospitalizations was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children can improve clinical outcomes,and reduce the number of attacks,thereby improving the quality of life of children.
