Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of health education in children with bronchial asthma.Methods All 72 cases bronchial asthma in children were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 36 patients,two groups were routinely given treatment.While the treatment,intervention group on the basis of the control group was given a series of health education interventions.Results The clinical intervention group of the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).Full compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).After 1-year follow-up,the intervention group the number of asthma attacks,emergency treatment times was significantly less than the control group,the intervention group re-hospitalization were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Health education can significantly improve adherence to treatment in children with bronchial asthma,reduce asthma episodes and readmission rates
