Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with bronchial asthma treatmentt.Methods A total of 80 asthma patients according to the random number table were divided into experimental and control groups,each group 40 cases.Control group according to the doctor's advice to take random symptomatic care.Experimental group in the routine care on the basis of to adopt comprehensive care interventions.Therapeutic effects and recurrence rate were compared.Results the total effective rate of The experimental group after treatment WAS 90.0%,was significantly higher than that the control group,and the two groups significantly reduced Than before treatment,number of asthma attacks of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(P 0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of bronchial asthma in children adopt comprehensive care interventions can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and sig nificantly reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce the relapse rate.
