Abstract

Under the new background of China's entering into WTO,abroad and domestic econimic,financial and law environments commercial bank facing with have taken deep changes.Through analyzing present situation of domestic commercial bank and using the development of western commercial bank for reference,the essay puts forward principals,emphasis and modes of commercial bank's business expansion.
