Abstract
The common ground and differences in the development of rural commercial bank and city commercial bank are found by comparative analysis.Taking the successful experiences in the development of city commercial bank as an example,the suggestions for the future development of rural commercial bank are put forward including further perfecting the corporate governance structure,defining the market positioning and improving the risk management and so on.
