Abstract
Under the background of great performance on state owned commercial bank financial regroup and shareholding system reform,this article combining the current academic researches on domestic and overseas bank industry globalization running,with the international competition pressure and internal globalization demand,raise some ideas to the transnational conduct of commercial bank in China.
