Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of uridine, adenosine and epigoitrin in compound Banlangen granule. Methods The determination was performed by HPLC with Aglient XDB-C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column,methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, wavelenghth at 254 nm and a flow rate of 0.7 ml/min.The column temperature was at room temperature. Results The linear range of uridine, adenosine, and epigoitrin were 0.093 7~2.811 0 μg(r=1.000),0.060 9~1.827 0μg(r=1.000),and 0.117 3~3.519 0 μg(r=1.000),respectively.The average recovery of uridine, adenosine, and epigoitrin were 98.6%,99.6% and 101.1%,with RSD 0.6%,0.6%,and 0.8%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
