Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Guanosine and Uridine in Banlangen injection. Methods: The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil column (5μm, 250mm×4.6mm), methol-0.1%HAc(3:4);flow rate was 0.6mL/min and detected with UV at 254nm.Results:In this method Guanosine had good linear relationship within the rage 10.1~259.5μg/mL,the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.9999,and Uridine within 9.7~245.3μg/mL,r=0.9999.Conclusion:The method is fast, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality of relevant preparations.
