Abstract
[Objective]To study the children's viral myocarditis electrocardiogram characteristics.[Methods]We chose 180 viral myocarditis children, and analyzed their electrocardiogram results.[Results]① 76.67% viral myocarditis children had ECG abnormal, including sinus tachycardia, premature beat,ST-T changes and various atrioventricular block.② Among the abnormal ECG,there were 171 cases with fast arrhythmia,14 cases with slow arrhythmia.[Conclusion]Electrocardiogram was important to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of viral myocarditis in children, which was viral myocarditis indispensable examination in children.
