Abstract
Objective:To analyze the function of electrocardiogram changes in the examination of child with virus myocarditis.Methods:The cases of 57 children in hospital concluded of suffering from diagnosed as myocarditis from January of 2000 to January of 2006 were enrolled to analyze the values of electrocardiograms and other aid-examinations.Results:The electrocardiogram of virus myocarditis changed totally.Electrocardiogram showed that the heart rate variability was most common,and the changes of ST-T were less.Compared to the adult,the conduct block to the children was seldom seen.Conclusion:Electrocardiogram changes in the children with virus myocarditis examination is not scarce,but many of its characteristics changes are very valuable in diagnosing virus myocarditis.
