Clinical Analysis of Children Viral Myocarditis

Objective To explore the diagnosis of children viral myocarditis,treatment and prognosis,for further evaluation of drugs used in pediatric viral myocarditis of the efficacy and safety of the work provides a scientific theoretical basis.Methods In our hospital from 2010February to 2012February40 diagnosed cases of pediatric viral myocarditis patients treatment results were analyzed.Results The ventricular heartbeat tachycardia and atrioventricular block III group total effective rate reached 90%,the treatment effects of two groups have no significant difference(P 0.05).Ventricular heartbeat tachycardia and atrioventricular block groups before and after treatment of myocardial enzyme spectrum of each index were significantly improved(P 0.05).Conclusion This study will evaluate the therapeutic effect of each index and myocardial enzyme spectrum in organic ground union rises,can more objectively in children with viral myocarditis by comparative study.Pediatric viral myocarditis is currently no special treatment,mainly for the symptomatic treatment of.
