Abstract

The paper conducts a bibliometric study on China's achievements in medical education research based on SCI, SSCI and AHCI journals. The academic impact of China's medical education research around the world is analyzed with the indicators of publication year, source journal, citation rate, author's institution and international cooperation. The paper reveals the great potential of China's medical education research and puts forth several propositions for its improvement.
